SHIPPING POLICY
The Party Papillon processes all orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday from
9 am to 5 pm. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once processed, your items are carefully inspected by a team member and hand-packaged with care. We take every precaution to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.

We ship USPS Priority Mail which includes 2-3 day delivery service, tracking, and insurance. You will be emailed a tracking number. The Party Papillon is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as well as any delays in the shipment process. In the rare event that you do encounter an issue, please contact the USPS to file your claim.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and the constantly changing health and hygiene precautions, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES at this time.
In other words, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To make sure you absolutely love what you order, please contact The Party Papillon with any questions you may have about our items BEFORE you place your order.

In the rare case that your item arrives defective, please contact us with pictures of the defective item within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily send you a replacement if one is currently in stock or a refund.
